About

I am a Swedish historian born in 1992, working primarily with social history. My doctoral thesis were defended at Malmö University in june 2023 and dealt with how policy-makers at state and local level created the social category of immigrants during the last three decades of 20th century. After my thesis defence I have worked as an associated post-doc as well as a senior lecturer at Linneaus, Lund and Malmö university.

My posts are often inspired by my ongoing research. This has been financed through my employments as a lecturer as well as through external grants. Until 2026 I have received generous grants from:

* The Ebbe Kock Foundation - approved 140 844 sek for the project 'Municipal Nazism in Skåne 1930–1939', may 2026

On a private note, I live in the outskirts of Malmö with the love of my life. I regularly practice running and martial arts, and am firm believer that world would be a better place if it was filled with more taken well cared for dogs.
